Are you using the same username/id which you use to log into the forums? Your single logos.com account should work wherever you go within Logos.

Try resetting your password by visiting https://www.logos.com/forgotpassword

Once you have reset your password try signing into both Logos.com and Proclaim with those credentials.

I just downladed Proclaim today and it will not allow me to login either. I've logged into Vyrso, Logos, and these forums with the same ID/Password combo and they all work fine but Proclaim is not accepting the same information.

Posting your log files will help us debug the issue.

Mac:

/Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Windows:

XP - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
Vista/Win7 - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

We have had this issue twice, new download and can't login. In one case after trying several times over several days she got in. I noticed that her name still appears in the invited names and the members of the group. The other invited name has yet to log on. I have no log files from their computers.
