Has anyone else had issues with their CCLI login not working? I can log in fine on CCLI's page, but when I try within Proclaim it fails. Any guesses?
We have run into an issue with songselect having two different authentication systems. One is case sensitive and the other is not. Proclaim uses the new system which is case sensitive.
Try logging in to mobile.songselect.com to verify it is not a Proclaim specific issue.
I had tested it previously as case sensitive without success. I tried it all lowercase (not case sensitive) and voila! Thanks for the tip!
