Crash While Uploading Video (Mac)

Proclaim crashed with no visible error wile uploading an .MOV (h.264, AAC at 154.9 MB / 3:18)

It crashed at about 17%.

Does this happen every time you try and upload this file or was it just once?

Same here. Hunter, to answer your question from a previous post, it was a MOV file. I'm having the same problem as Mike. I'm also on a Mac.

It does happen every time I've tried.

I ran the video file through Handbreak to convert it to .mp4 and that made it through uploading. It looks like its transcoding on your server?

As we have been looking into this issue, it looks like we are having issues uploading larger (roughly 75+ MB) videos to Proclaim in the Mac client.

Our developers are looking into the problem.
