Couldn't even connect

I am in the market for presentation software, but I could not even get Proclaim's demo past sign-up screen - unable to connect to groups service. Well, I am glad it happened now and not during a worship service. Unfortunately for Logos - they have lost a customer.

Can you use that same sign-in information to sign into Logos.com?

Yes, I took the same credentials from signing to logos' other services. I was able to login, but it was the second page that gave me grief. Even IF it was an issue with a username or password - it should have been clear from the error message. I honestly tried and gave it over an hour to figure out how to connect, but finally gave up. I already purchased ProPresenter. It had a very steep learning curve but it worked out of the box and did not have a single crash.
