SLOW, LAG, UNRESPONeSIVE

Hi that been testing proclaim for many months now and while some things are improving the speed and response of the program are not, Today there was anywhere from a 2-10 sec delay from slide to slide. This is just not going to cut it.

I really like the cloud collaboration, but the performance has to improve dramatically!

It is cripping our services with its lag in performance.

Need some solutions.

Also I need the ability to set defaults for lyrics for songs that don't change every time I switch a background.

It wold also be good to be able to set a song order with out having to make slides for each chorus for example. v1 c v2 c ...

What are the specifications of the computer you are presenting with? Were you controlling Proclaim via the remote or directly from Proclaim itself? What type of slide transitions were you using.

Hi there Allen I was using a macbook 2.2 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2Gb of Ram at 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

With were experimenting with the iphone remote, for part of the service and expected some lag, but we had the worst lag when not using the remote.

There was either the fade tranition or non applied.

Harold,

There were some improvements made in Beta 6 that should help with lag in some cases on Mac. I'd be interested to know if the performance is any better with the latest version.
