Purchased Graceway through Proclaim, how to access website

I purchased the Graceway Total Access through the Proclaim interface. I see that Logos has billed/charged me on my logos.com account page. I can indeed access Graceway stuff in Proclaim.

The question is, how can I now login to gracewaymedia.com and access materials there? I don't have an account on their website because I bought it through Proclaim/Logos. I can make a freebie account on raceway (in fact I did) but I'm afraid if I link the account in Proclaim that it will mess something up.

Is Logos/Proclaim going to auto-generate an account for me on gracewaymedia.com or should I go ahead and link the accounts and Proclaim will "push" my account status to them?

Thank you for bringing this up. Currently, purchasing a Graceway media subscription in Proclaim does not automatically create an account on Gracewaymedia.com.

It does give you access to all of the media available on Gracewaymedia.com.

We are looking into the issue.

No Answer and we still cannot access Graceway media sight. Proclaim restricts usage of the media from Graceway. I cannot edit it. I want my money back if you cannot solve this issue. I paid full price for the subscription, I should get full price use of it. Since 2011 you have been looking into it. Fix it.

What is the exact issue you are having? Are you not able to log into gracewaymedia.com? I would suggest calling customer service at 800-875-6467 if you have not already as they should be able to help you quickly.
