This round of betas seems to have introduced a number of problems with the display of search results. I mostly use morph searching, so that is where I have seen them the most, though I have not checked to see if there are similar problems with other kinds of search result displays.
Here is another one (i.e. different from the one reported in the thread The Pop-Down That Will Not Die that I encountered this morning in 4.5β4:
I did a simple morph search for all the occurrences of the Hebrew verb משׁשׁ to check something in a paper that I suspected was wrong. The search found the correct 10 results, but would not display them ( I waited about 10 minutes to make sure that the program had enough time to complete drawing the display).

When I switched to the ALIGNED view it drew the display screen correctly:

But when I switched back to the VERSES view, it still presented a blank screen (as in the first screenshot). Next I added a version, in this case the ESV, and it re-drew the screen correctly, though there was a longish delay (10-15 seconds or so):

But when I switched to the ALIGNED view and then switched back to the VERSES view, the screen was blank again:

This problem, coupled with the pop-down display problem and the spinning-beach-ball display problem is making morph searching almost unusable again. I don't know if this is an effect of attempting to introduce the text scale slider (great when it works), but there is definitely a problem here.
