I had the entire program done by wednesday, when we got to church and opened it to run, it had the program from the week before as well as the new program all in the same program.  It also moved all the slides around and I had to delete the old and rearrange the current.

Just so that I'm clear, you're saying that you had prepared two presentations. When you got to church to run them the two presentations had become combined into ONE presentation? 

Did you still have two presentations listed in the Open menu?
