Moving Service Items

I have had problems today moving around service items through the different sections (pre-service, warm up etc.). I can add items in but then can't drag and drop them. Any help?

Sorry about that. I am on Mac with most recent lion update. Will follow the instructions at the link you provided.

I am loving proclaim though - used it twice live so far and its great - and easy to show people how to use it.

Just re-downloaded the latest proclaim build and that seemed to have fixed it.
