I was trying to upload a jpeg file today, and when I clicked on the file and then clicked add, Proclaim crashed.

It would be great to have a little more information. You were trying to add media to an Image Slideshow, but were you uploading images from your local machine or adding images from the Proclaim library?
Was the presentation on-air at the time?
