Bug - Proclaim has stopped running.

Everything seemed to be working well, but the program erred out about an hour into a session when I was creating a slide. Now it will not run. I see the splash screen and then get the error. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The same problem persists.

Does anyone know how I can get it back running?

I have more information on the bug.

I went through and deleted every reference to Proclaim and its temporary files and registry entries. I then reinstalled and it worked... until I tried to pull in the presentation I was working on previously. That presentation made the program error out. I can now pull up other presentations but not the one I was working on previously. So I am guessing it is a corrupted presentation. I tried it on another computer, same result.

There is valuable information in the lost presentation. I don't guess anyone knows how to get that information back.

Based on the log file the presentation item indices got into an invalid state. To revert back to a known good state you could rename your data directory located in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Proclaim\Data\ This will simulate a fresh install and sync download all your data from the server which should not be corrupted. Will want to follow up with you Monday to find out how you got in such a state.
