We have been using Proclaim for a few weeks now and getting a better feel for the software. However, navigation between songs during the worship set is still feels a little clunky. This Sunday, four particular issues were highlighted.
The first issue pertains to the pop-up thumbnails on the timeline.

The main problem is the size of the pop-up. On most songs, particularly where there are more than four lines displayed on the screen, the words are not readable. Is it possible to increase the size of the pop-up pane? Ideally, we would be able to increase/decrease the size according to our needs.
The second issue is that when we increase the depth of the timeline beyond a certain point, the resolution deteriorates and the words become blurred and difficult to read. (I have tried this on a number of PCs/monitors and the problem persists.)
Thirdly, we have worked out that there are hotkeys for verses (1, 2, 3, etc.), choruses (C), bridges (B) and endings (E), It would be helpful if the hotkey 'P' could be added for prechoruses (most songs seem to have prechorus).
Finally, it would be helpful if we could add a subtitle to the songs on the sidebar,

For example, the first line of the chorus for 'Enough' is, 'All of you'. It would make it easy to navigate by the side bar if this additional detail could be added.
Notwithstanding these suggestions, Proclaim ran smoothly on Sunday and we really feel it has huge potential.
Thanks again for your hard work.
