Request - Zondervan Dictionary of Bible Themes

This is a new resource to me and I am just beginning to explore it.
It seems the use of this resource could be greatly enhanced in Logos by fixing up the verse-by-verse (Scripture Index) section of this resource so it can be navigated by Bible reference and also so it can be synced with a Bible. This would be one way Logos' version of this resource would show the superiority of having a digital version of this resource.

It's new to most of us: as far as i know, it only became available in Logos 4 this past week.
I agree that allowing it to be linked to and follow Bible references would be useful: i'll pass that suggestion along.
In the meantime, one way to do something a little bit similar (acknowledging it's not the same) is with collections and the passage guide, namely:
- first define a collection with at least this resource (i also added the Collins Thesaurus of the Bible which is similar in many respects). I called my collection "Thematics" and included just those two resources
- Do a passage guide (i didJudges 9:50-57 as you can see below)
- Unless you've done so previously, you'll have to click on the Add button to add the Collections section to your passage guide (it's not included by default)
- Then click on the Settings label that appears when you hover your mouse over the Collections section title. This lets you choose which collection to include in this section. If you choose Thematics, you'll see something like what's below. These are all entries in the two resources that mention a verse in Judges 9:50-57.
This is one good technique for tailoring your passage guide results and focusing them on specific resources.

That would work. But I can scroll manually for now and that is probably easier.
I figured since this was Zondervan it had to be pretty new. Hope it can be Logos-ized.

Thanks for sharing this - I "stole" it for my personal passage guide which, naturally, already had a lectionaries collection.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

This book was part of the guts of the NIV Thematic Reference Bible (1996). The book is being used by Logos in the new Logos 4.
