On Air Subscription: Is this a per user subscription or by group

I created an account for my church computer for to purchase the "on air" feature. In my estimation, having my account for my library purchases and separate account for the church "on air" presentation makes sense.

However purchasing "on air" license does not enable it for the group.

As the administrator of the group it would seem that I would be able to use this feature. However it appears to be enabled for the user and not the group. That does not make sense to me, may be it does some how in a mega church environment.

I have put in a request to cancel my order until I can sort this out.

Please help me understand how GROUPS relate to the "on air" feature currently and if that will be different in the future.

Hunter Clagett - Proclaim Test 2

On-Air licenses are intended to apply to a whole group, regardless of who purchases it for that group. With an On-Air license all of your licensed media will not have watermarks. Without an On-Air license all of your slides will have a Proclaim watermark.

All of our Beta users (yourself included) should have an On-Air license granted automatically during the Beta period. Try clicking on Account > Purchase On-Air license. You should have a "Current On-Air License Expires [date]" message there.

Thanks for the reply. I would not have called in to request a cancel of "on air" my order if it were working this way.

Right now the current software pops up again and again to purchase and only gives you the option to pay now or play with water mark.

I will see if the cancellation has gone through in the morning.

It is not working this way for me, but your answer indicates is should and will be.

John,

Yesterday we had some internal server issues during the time
you created your group. This prevented your group from getting licenses for the
Logos created background media and the free beta on-air license. I believe it was the lack of the Logos media license not the on-air license that was
causing the shopping cart to display when you were going on-air.
