How does one upload audios files to proclaim. Thanks in advance for your help.
Audio files are not currently supported in Proclaim. You can suggest, vote for your favorite and follow the development of new features on our Proclaim Uservoice page: http://proclaim.uservoice.com/forums/137112-general/filters/accepted

I do not believe that Proclaim actually supports uploading audio files yet. The only workaround I can think of would be to upload a video file consisting of your desired audio and a still image of whatever you want on the screen at the time.
