iphone control hit and miss

Greetings,

one in four weeks, I have got the iPhone proclaim remote app to work.  

I have no internet at church except for my iPhone hotspot, I have tried connecting thourgh that and wifi, it works only sometimes.  I can always view the slides and even enter into the control presentation, but when i try to change the slides, the view tries to change and puts up and error message "unable to change slides".  It does work sometime just I don't know when or how its done best.

how does it work best?

with a local wifi connection?

is internet essential?

A reliable internet connection is necessary for the Proclaim Remote to work correctly. From what you've described it sounds like you have a spotty internet connection. 

We are looking at ways to improve this feature, but I cannot give you an eta on when that might occur.
