I primarily teach from the NASB95. However, I noticed that if I alter the font, add notes, or make any changes to the slide, it changes to NASB (1901 Version). After it auto-saves, nothing should change but it does. Plus I lose all the notes or changes I made to the font. Any help?
Also, I'm interested to know if, when we include a bible passage, can we set it to default to a version of our choice rather than the NIV which it defaults to.

Also, I'm interested to know if, when we include a bible passage, can we set it to default to a version of our choice rather than the NIV which it defaults to.

The default translation used should be whatever translation was used last for a bible item. So, if you select the NASB95 for one bible item that change should be inherited for each subsequent bible item.
