What Video Format will Proclaim accept?
Proclaim will upload .mov, .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .asf, .avi and .wmv files.
Thanks,
When I attempt to upload a video, it just spins on the Transcoding step and never completes.
It would be helpful if you could provide your log files per the instructions here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

Looks like it might be because I'm behind a proxy server.
I tried again from a location that does not have proxy servers and had the same problem. I'm attaching the log file from that location as well.3146.Proclaim.log
I have submitted your logs to our developers for review. I'll let you know what they find.

Hey there,
When I upload videos, I'm noticing that certain formats don't allow me to change the settings? The "When the clip ends: Do Nothing, Loop Continuously, and Automatically advance to the next slide" section is grayed out, AND the option to "Start playing automatically" is grayed out too? Videos are set to start playing automatically and loop continuously (though I don't want them to), and because it's grayed out...I can't change it?? Any ideas why? The formats I've tried are mov, mp4, and wmv. Thanks!

I'm needing help with this too!!
Thanks!
What operating system are you on and what types of videos cause those options to be greyed out?
We're on windows. .mov, .mp4, and .wmv
Meghan and Alvin,
Those settings can only be changed in the main service section. If the video is in the pre-service loop, the warm-up, or the post-service loop, the settings will be locked. In these three sections, when the video is finished the presentation should auto-advance to the next slide.

GOTCHA! So...while the "settings" are still visible...there's no NEED for them in those three sections of the service, so...proclaim "turns them off" for you! Nice. Thanks!
Exactly! And while it loop continuously is checked it won't actually loop, it will advance to the next item when the video is done playing. This is confusing and we are going to fix it to be more clear. Thank you both for bringing this to our attention!
