Logos 4 for Mac crashes upon opening

Hello,

My name is Timothy Douglas Sherman and Logos 4 for Mac has been crashing every time I try to open it for the last week. I am a local church pastor and rely primarily upon Logos for my sermon prep. When I try to open the program it begins to sign in and then crashes. I am attaching the log I created after following your instructions. I can also be reached by mobile phone at 1-509-760-7576.

If zip file is more than 5 MB, then attaching does not work. Wonder if Logging folder has other stuff in it.

Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac includes link to 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip (display logging setting, then optionally change); also links to Logos Log Scribe (create zip file of Logging folder with copy of console messages)

Option: if running Logos 4 Mac stable version, can call Logos => http://www.logos.com/about/contact for a screen sharing session with Mac Technical Support.
