If items are still downloading while on-air, Proclaim will quit playing videos everytime something else finished downloading. So, if we're playing a video with audio as a special music track and something finishes downloading, Proclaim will stop the video and start it from the beginning again.
Very awkward during a live service.
When in on-air mode, Proclaim's refresh needs to be less noticable.
