NEED HELP!!

Hi there!

I am looking at moving to proclaim because, well it's awesome! I'm having trouble with videos tho... I have a local file which is an mp4 but it just comes up and says "unable to open file for preview". Same with wmv... I click use local file but still can't add it to the presentation.

I know its new year but I would love to use it for our new years day service.

On Windows we require Windows Media Player. Do you have that installed? If so you should definitely be able to play WMVs. MP4s require a third party codec for versions prior to Windows 7.
