When working with Proclaim on my laptop the program frequently locks up. I am able to do one ro two tasks like uploading a background or adding a scripture slide, etc, when the program locks up. I have to force close the program and then restart my computer to run the program. If I don't restart my computer, proclaim will not launch. I also use this on a PC with no problems and others in our church do not have this problem. How do I get log entries for you to look at?
