Disappointed...want to be encouraged.

Hi Logos. I really want to like this program. I have very little expectations. These are my problems:

1. I can't find a place to go to for "customer support" even though I have given my credit card to purchase the subscription.

2. I cannot import my powerpoint sermons into your program, and therefore lose the flexibility that program affords, such as progressive reveals on outlines.

3. The program wants to open up the "on air" window on my computer rather than extending it automatically to the projector. This is a problem I see on the forum threads, but no viable solution from the company is presented.

I want to like this program... please address these concerns.

We are currently working on some documentation for the website - videos and FAQs for program usage. Other resources include this forum and the Logos customer service number.

Support for PowerPoint is coming in a future release, soon.

Proclaim should open the presenter window in an external display (projector) by default. If that doesn't work you can drag the window to the desired display and select the full screen button. Future usages of the application should remember this preference.
