Can anyone gives us a guideline what to report? When to report? What files to report when we encountered crash or other problems? etc.

so we report both the indexing.log and logos4.log files?
I zip (compress) all these files using the Mac "compress" function and then attach the compressed file and let the logos techs figure out what they need.
