itunes and proclaim

Hi just wondering if anyone else has had this prob.. proclaim has quit unexpectedly while playing music from itunes and running our logo or countdown in live format.. The countdown has also skipped to mid through the service lineup in pre service mode while playing tunes from itunes at same time.. We had a massive lineup of songs and local videos and loops lined up for christmas eve and after 3 crashes there was another update of proclaim, it behaved well on the night..we're running the latest Mac system on imac....thanks

I do not work for Logos and it may be that the team will not respond to this until Monday, but I wondered if the crash(es) had produced Log files and, if so, whether these could be uploaded? There are instructions at the top of this thread with regards to how to locate and upload log files.

My general observation having used Proclaim on the PC since November and, latterly, on the Mac is that I have identified no conflicts with iTunes. We do occasionally stream music from iTunes at the beginning of services (while Proclaim is running in the background) and I routinely prep Proclaim while running iTunes. Yesterday I was briefly 'On Air' testing something out while running iTunes in the background (on a MBA). Again, I did not experience any problems. 

I wonder, therefore, if the specs of your iMac might prove helpful to the Proclaim team?
