Download Error

I get the following error after the installer is downloaded on my Windows laptop:

+ File, AsyncStream.dll, has a different computed hash than specified in manifest.

DISREGARD:  

I had to shut off my anti-virus software to get it to work.  However, it gave me an error again before it finally worked.
