For some reason when i update proclaim at the church it takes at least an hour to download. My download speed at the church is 22 Mbps so ISP is not the issue. We do however have a barracuda firewall could this be slowing it down. What can i do to fix this. Downloaded Google chrome a little larger file size and only took a minute to download. If i go home and download proclaim update it downloads in a minute or less and i have slower speed than at the church.
