I authorized planning center. Clicked New/Import from PCO and I get a screen that says I haven't logged in. I log in and it says you have disallowed this request???
It looks like you accidentally clicked on deny when you were authorizing Proclaim.
Try logging out, then logging back into Proclaim. This seems to remove that restriction for me.
