CCLI SongSelect

Hi there!  I cannot log into CCLI SongSelect from proclaim saying that my username or pwd is incorrect...

Now - I am in the UK and part of CCLI SongSelect in the UK - does this make a difference. (And yes I logged in to make sure I had the right username and pwd!)

Welcome!

I am in the UK (Manchester) and we have successfully linked our SongSelect account with Proclaim and are currently successfully using this in planning and presenting during live services.

We have four users with registered SongSelect accounts and note that it consistently took 24/48 hours for the SongSelect account to activate and link with Proclaim.

It is worthwhile checking whether you can log on to the SongSelect mobile website, here,

 http://mobile.songselect.com

This will help to confirm that the issue is with SongSelect and not Proclaim. Obviously, if the accounts still won't link in, say, another 24 hours, you might want to contact the CCLI directly.
