From the logs this looks to be related to the memory leaks we have in the Mac build. Try quitting Proclaim and then reopen it, and go On-Air with that presentation immediately.
I'd be interested in knowing if Proclaim crashes in that situation.

Are you able to reproduce this crash? My guess is no. I have an idea what the issue is (not related to memory leak) and it will most likely be difficult to reproduce. Creating a case.
