I opened my Proclaim/MAC today and it said my "on air" license has expired"
Don't we have to end of month and hen the option of posting pics on FB etc to get another month?????

The same thing has happened to me, for two groups that I have. I am running a training session for church people tonight, and as things stand, I won't be able to due to the licence issue.
Any ideas Proclaim people?

The same thing happened to me today. I also have church TONIGHT (Jan. 18). Proclaim is supposed to be free thru January and I also did the picture think in facebook and am still waiting to get the extension into February.
Is someone working on these issues i hope asap?

Our server was having some issues resulting in Proclaim not properly pulling down licenses. We rolled out a fix that should address this.
You shouldn't have a watermark in your presentations going forward, or that message.
Please let us know if it reappears.

Y'all fixed that FAST! Having tried to used Media Shout/MAC for the last year and dealing with nothing but crashes and failures Im thoroughly IMPRESSED!!!
I have sent my Media Shout/MAC program back and waiting on my refund to purchase my yearly license!
