Family Tree Template

I wanted to know if this software has a template or ability to create a family tree. As I am reading a passage when I come across a geanology listing of people, I would like to enter it myself, so that I will remember the family tree. Please help!

Hi Roy - and welcome to the forums.

You could probably use the "Sentence Diagramming" function - an option under the "File" menu. While it isn't intended for this purpose, it does provide the ability to produce diagrams using boxed and interconnected lines.

While I understand that you want to do this to help remembering the tree, it is worth pointing out that Logos provides this facility using the "Biblical People" option in the Tools Menu - for details please see http://wiki.logos.com/Biblical_People
Please note that "Biblical Places" is available in the Bible Study base package and higher while "Sentence Diagramming" is only available in the Original Languages base package and higher.
Hope this helps

Hi Roy,
Welcome to the Forums. Actually you don't need to. Go to Tools and the Biblical People. Enter the person, and Logos should have a family tree already created.
You can bookmark, or favorite, or bookmark it into your notes.
They can be placed in several styles.
Here is an example using David:

Welcome [:D] to the Logos Bible Software Forums.
Noticed family tree template is in PDF format, which is not readily usable in Logos 4; converting to a docx file would allow a personal book to be built with customized family tree(s) and descendants that could complement Biblical People.
Also, Faithlife Beta => Join the Faithlife Beta! includes Faithlife Study Bible Infographics, which has a number of Biblical family trees.
Keep Smiling [:)]
