This may have been asked already but cannot find it:

How do I add a background from my files? I have a cool "Silence your  phone" background that I want to use

Select the Background tab on the desired service item and then select [File...]. 

You can upload your image to our cloud server, thus making it available to all of your computers with internet access or you can use it Locally only which does not require an internet connection.
