WARNING: LIBREOFFICE CORRUPTOR OF PB's
Libreoffice is great for standard stuff BUT I have had 3 books have their formatting trashed by Libreoffice (even though they were made in Libreoffice), so please if you are using it be careful you may not get what you expect..
If you are not adding footnotes/endnotes you likely will encounter no issue at all, most of my corruptions have been around footnotes
Worst example is it made a 32 page document become 300 pages long, with the corruption so bad the file crashes Libreoffice 
.. I am not saying dont use it, just make sure you have a backup BEFORE you start editing with it..

both 3.4.4 and 3.4.5 updated after second corrupt file, and still corrupted in 3.4.5 even start ing at original text document
