I am having a problem with the store. I'v got the $399 Graceway Total Media firmly lodged in my cart. I'v removed everything I can from my background library that wasn't uploaded by us, and its still there. How can I get this thing to go away. I really don't want one of our media people to hit the buy button and cost us $399. And this could happen because Proclaim hangs onto our credit card info.
So first, how do I get the Graceway Total Media out of our cart?
Second, how do I clear our credit card info out of the program so that purchases are only made when I permit them( and not just anyone on my team)? Maybe a nice explanation in a blog or post somewhere of how the store works would help us know how to work with it more effectively.
Third, ya'll should really make the cart more intuitive. Allow someone to remove an item from the cart directly and then back out all of the media associated with that item from their library (after a warning).
And fourth, you really need some kind of content marking so that it is obvious from looking at the library which items are free, which items are uploads, which items have been purchased, and which items are not yet purchased but have been used. Would be nice to mark the commercial backgrounds with some type of package identifier so you know which backgrounds will go away if you chose to remove a particular package (holiday, graceway, etc). We got into this issue with the graceway package because we have multiple people setting up the presentations. If we had package markings on the backgrounds in the library, it would make it easier for me to consider buying the items that our media people pick out. I'd know which ones were part of a particular package and I could better judge if it was worth the money.
Thanks for all your hard work!
*EDIT*
OK, so the graceway is out of our cart now. Not sure when it disappeared. I think ya'll are really going to have to address the issue of the slow updating of background removals. It works, but it doesn't give the user any kind of indication that their action had any immediate effect. Thats going to cause alot of unnecessary repeat posts and questions (as parts of my post may be).
