I opened D.L.Moody, which I'd opened at the cover page when online. It stubbornly refused to budge from there. Eventually I went to the table of contents and thus was able to start reading the book!
Also, in "Smart women know when to say No" (my stroppy boys in the children's group don't like it when I'm smart.....), there was a chart in bigger print, and when I turned the page, 2 page view, the 2 pages overlapped in the middle, which made reading challenging. I tried to get a single page view, but didn't know how and failed!
I like the new Apps. They are (in general) behaving for me.

IPad. Vyrso has also developed a noticeable delay in turning pages.
