unforseen shut down

I really like many of the aspects of this program.  But we are having an issue with the program shutting down anytime we use the keyboard.  Any ideas on why this is happening.  The machine we are running the program on is running windows 7 and has 12 gb of ram...  Any ideas

To help us track down the cause of these shutdowns could you please follow the directions here. Once we see the log files we will be able to identify the cause of the crashes.
