As described below, I was unable to download this title when it was being offered for free. It now turns out that even after paying for the download I STILL cannot gain access to this title. Was it something I said? ;-)
Did the other Vyrso book that you purchased (for free) show up in your library? Is the Lincoln book showing up for you on biblia.com?

Hmmm, it shows up in Biblia.com, but still not in Logos 4.

Yes, AFAIK, all the other books I've ordered at Vyrso, free or otherwise, show up in my Logos 4 library.
The easy way to check is to filter your library with the following: "edition:eBook". This will show you all of, but only your Vyrso books.
If typing update now in Logos 4 command bar doesn't fix it, try typing update resources (and waiting for several minutes).
