Formatting Song Credits
I have worked with formatting the song lyrics under the "Customize" tab and that has worked well. However, when I go through the same steps for the song credits under the "Customize" tab, I have been unable to get the changes to hold in the Preview screen. Under the Customize tab the credits are in a white font. Under the Preview screen and when we are on air the credits always are in black. When using a darker background, the credits are not even visible. How can I change the credits to a white font?

My guess is that you're formatting the credits on the Song slides, and not the Title slide in the customize window.
If you're displaying the credits on a Title or Final slide, the formatting from the Customize window is applied to them via the Title slide.
