Choices greyed out on video section

I have uploaded a video into a presentation and the the settings were set to "Start Playing Automatically" and "Loop Continuously" and they are greyed out. The only thing it allows me to change is "Show a countdown clock" and "Use no transition to this slide"

My problem is I do not want it to loop. How do I make the settings selectable?

It sounds like that video item is in your Pre-Service or Warmup section. All slides automatically start playing and loop in these sections. Pre-Service items will loop through themselves continuously until the Presentation start time, and the Warmup items will loop through themselves once before advancing to the Service itself.

If you wanted those options for the video, move it to your Service section.

It's in the Warm-Up section. We've used videos here on a regular basis before, but they never have looped. They begin just before our service time and have automatically advanced to the first slide in the Service area. I just didn't remember not having these choices before.

I just tried placing it in the Service section, changed the settings, then moved it back to the Warm-Up Section. This time it kept the changes I made.
