linking with songselect

We've been able to link with SS since we started with Proclaim until a couple of weeks ago. Now every time I enter a song title I'm told "an error occurred getting results."

This is a new problem, and must originate with Proclaim, because it was working fine. I just upgraded to .0093. I think this has been happening for about 3 weeks, and we always do the upgrade as it shows up.

Are you on Windows or Mac? Have you tried re-linking your account? A log file from a session which reproduces the error message will help us diagnose this issue.

Mac:

/Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Windows:

XP - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
Vista/Win7 - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

I'm on a Mac. I'll look for the log file next week when I'm there again. Thanks for your help. I haven't tried relinking because I don't know how.
