Song Select Linking

I've been full of questions. I'm sure I'll figure this all out soon! 

I'm having an issue linking Song Select. I can log into the Song Select website, but when I try to link in Proclaim I get...

"Your account is valid, but is not associated with an organization or your organization(s) does not have access to SongSelect"

Can anyone help me out with this?

Hi Danny,

I suspect this is a problem with SongSelect. There have been a number of discussions regarding this issue (here and here).

Essentially, it seems (at least, in my estimation) that there is a delay in the CCLI fully activating the account. In the case of our church, a number of us found that we were unable to link to SongSelect, but then, after a 24 and 48 hour delay, we were then able to successfully link with Proclaim. I personally experienced an error message which suggested (erroneously) that there was a problem with my username/password. I have just checked with the team at my church and one of them reports that they received the error message you appear to be encountering.

It may be worth seeing if you are able to access the SongSelect mobile page. One of the members of the Proclaim suggests as much in one of the threads referenced above,

Could you please try logging into http://mobile.songselect.com to verify your credentials are correct and this is not a Proclaim specific issue?

Assuming that the issue is with SongSelect (accessing the mobile site may be illuminating in this regard), you may want to try emailing the CCLI to see if they can resolve matters at their end. I do suspect, however, given a little time, you will find that you are able to successfully link.
