Can't get an on-air license

I just downloaded proclaim, but when I try to purchase an on air license I keep getting a "failure receiving price quote, please try again later" message .. I've been trying now for several hours .. was hoping to use proclaim for tomorrow's sunday service .. 

any suggestions on what I can do?

    We have identified the issue and are publishing a fix (server side) momentarily.

    I have been able to reproduce that issue. I have alerted our developers who will be looking into it.
