Bug?: On Air License

Last 2 Sundays we have been prompted to purchase a license for slides that were in our presentation. Yesterday, I entered a credit card number as requested but was never able to see what I needed to purchase. After the credit card number was entered the watermark was removed and problem was solved. Not sure what I purchased because nothing ever appeared in the shopping cart. Still not sure why Proclaim thinks I need a license.

On 2/5 no credit card was entered but the watermark was eventually removed by Proclaim.

Your licenses look good on our end at this point. I am not sure why you'd have been asked make another purchase, as it looks like you've correctly linked your Graceway account and have an On-Air license.

You should be able to remove your credit card from your account if you'd like.

Could the error be caused by selecting slides(motion slides) that we do not have a membership for? If so, we are not being notified of that until Sunday. Presentation is put together by Wednesday and reviewed W-F. During this time no error appears until Sunday am.

This I do know, the time for us to find out that there is a licensing issue is not Sunday morning.

That would be my thought, Pastor. You should be able to see if you have an item in your cart by looking for the numeric badge that depicts how many items are in the cart:

Otherwise, try going On-Air on your computers before Sunday to see if a message pops up. Additionally, check Account > Link Accounts on the church presentation computer to see if your Graceway credentials were properly brought in.
