We have a lot of backgrounds that we already own that we would like to turn in to templates so that we don't have to reformat the text everytime we use them.  Is there any way to do that.  It is going to become quite cumbersome if we have to do this everytime.

We have been using Proclaim since November.

The easiest way we have found to achieve this is by reusing previously created slides.

For example, we run a series of notices before and after each service. These notices use a custom background and specific formatting. Each Sunday we rename and then write over the previous Sunday's slides. This enables us to retain the formatting and comes somewhere close to providing the functionality of a template.

I suppose you could even set up your own set of content slides (named template 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.). As long as you change the name of the slide before modifying, you should retain your 'templates' for future use.
