Where is my confirmation email?

We purchased proclaim a few days ago and everything shows that we have paid for it, but we have not received the confirmation email.  

I have accessed the details of my order and it says "A confirmation email has been sent to ...", yet no such email has arrived. Where could it be???

Ah, thank you for pointing this out. Proclaim has not been generating these types of confirmation emails thus far.

I will be sure to get you a confirmation email for your order.
