Video not advancing in Pre-Service loop

This week a video we have in the pre-service loop did not advance to the next slide when it was finished, it just kept looping. It was not this way last week or any previous time we've had videos in the pre-service loop.

Hi Douglas,
Apologies if these are really obvious questions, but was wondering if you had double checked that the 'automatically advance' box was checked and that the 'loop continuously' box was clear (under settings)?
If so, it may be something that the Proclaim team need to assist with.

This is in the pre-service loop where that setting can't be modified.
Apologies, Douglas, I missed that you were referring to the pre-service loop.

Did you manually advance the video progress during playback? Currently the auto advance is time based. If you put a five minute video in the pre-service loop and scrub ahead four minutes during playback, the video will loop and play for four more minutes (five total) before auto advancing.

Scott, I think this was the issue, that I manually advanced the video. Are you working to change the time based playback on videos so that it advances at the end of the video regardless of wheter it was manually advanced or not?

An interesting idea for an enhancement. We'll have to look careful at the implementation of such a feature.
It would be helpful if you could post this suggestion to our Uservoice page: http://proclaim.uservoice.com/
Thanks,
