Wider Use For Signals
Are there any plans for expanding the use of signals in Proclaim? I have had several comments from the congregation that people are disappointed that they are just getting Scripture text during the sermon and not the rest of the sermon presentation. If there are no plans to do this, maybe this can be added to the future updates of Proclaim.

We use the calendar event signals in my congregation (as well as the biblical texts) and it works fine. (If I remember to go in and create the signal and delete old ones that is--my son told me on Sunday when we were driving home from church that I still had a signal for an event last week in the presentation).
I'm surprised it isn't working for you.

You miss my point. There are five things that signals currently work for: Bible reference, calendar, web address, donation, and something else. I am requesting that signals be expanded to be capable of use with sermon content (beside Bible references).

That's an interesting idea! Our focus has been on improving stability and the core presentation functions of Proclaim.
Soon, we will once again begin to add feature enhancements such as this. In the meantime, it would be very helpful for you to post your ideas on our Proclaim Uservoice page: http://proclaim.uservoice.com/
