Failed to receive confirmation e-mail when On Air license purchased.

I purchased an On Air license on behalf of my church with the Church's credit card on Feb 20, 2012. As far as I can see, the transaction was successful (I found the order summary for the transaction), but I failed to receive a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail address is correct as shown in the order summary. I have checked my inbox and junk e-mail folder. The order number is 1466249 for a year's subscription to an On Air license.
