Lack of Continuity

I love Proclaim; HOWEVER, the one problem I have is the lack of continuity between slides.  On the "song" slides you can add outlines and shadows to the text, which makes the text stand out on a different color background.  If you want to carry the same theme throughout the presentation, you cannot do it since "content" and "Scripture" slides do not have the capability of making shadows and outline to the text.  Therefore, the text seems flat on the screen.

I guess version 1 of programs always have their problems.  If this is not addressed, Proclaim will come across as a second rate program.  I wish this could be addressed.

Does anyone else have this problem.

We intentionally did not allow custom styles to be applied to Content and Bible items. This is because the text format used in those slides encourages much more text per slide than Song items.

Styling text is very expensive in terms of memory usage and CPU cycles at this point. We are looking into adding support for styled text for all service items, but I have no eta for you on when that might be finished.
